Whether they have just scratched the door or if it is more serious and you will need a window replacement, it is courtesy to apologise to the other driver and to pay for the damages.

Drivers who don't use the correct lanes properly are also a source of irritation.

It is really annoying when you have been waiting for a space and some other driver swoops in and takes it!
