DISAGREE?

Queen Elizabeth II

While the fortunes (and popularity) of Britain's Royal Family have been up and down over the years, 2012 proved a good year for Her Majesty, with a new wave of goodwill toward the monarchy fostered by events as diverse as the marriage of Prince William and Princess Catherine and the Queen's participation in a parody James Bond short film for the Olympic opening ceremony. 2012 also marked the Queen's own Diamond Jubilee, marking her 60th year as British monarch - a feat only surpassed by Queen Victoria. Despite her age, the Queen is still going strong - a true symbol of the famed British dedication to duty. (Image)
