In my opinion it’s unconstitutional that gay marriage is not legal. Every man is supposed to have the same rights as anyone else, and do gays pose any threat to America? If gays can’t have the same rights as everyone else, then we might as well revert back and support slavery. And the argument that people want to preserve the sanctity of ‘marriage’, how do you justify that when 50% of them end up in divorce.

People are stupid, and it will just be a matter of time before gay marriage is legalized, at least on a state by state level. Hopefully we won’t have to go through a civil war to make it happen.
