Sauna it up...

Despite only having around 5million inhabitants, there are over two million saunas in Finland. The sauna is a big part of Finnish culture and it is considered a serious faux pas to wear clothing in the sauna, unless specified. Particpants spend between 30mins and 2hrs in sauna, before typically jumping into a nearby lake/swimming pool, or rolling in fresh snow.
